Shipping Policy
Goods are dispatched as shown on the images. The client will be required to specify any special packaging requirements on fresh products. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by any climate change conditions.
Refund Policy
A 15% return fee will be charged on all returns Goods returned in similar dispatch conditions will qualify for a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders canceled before dispatch will be refunded in full. See our refund conditions above. We can only exchange products in the same category (e.g. 50g exchange for 150g on same product)
